As a fashion design leader my passion is focused on identifying key trends and innovating new ideas to optimize business growth. With compelling story telling, I have lead my team through numerous successful collections, new categories and brand launches.  

My ideology on leadership is to lead with a positive mindset, clear vision, and open dialogue that supports mentoring and team building. I also believe in working efficiently with laser precision. One of  my many strengths is having the ability and patience to find ways to streamline processes and timelines.  This type of support is beneficial to both employees and companies, as it optimizes everyone's full potential.

On top of leadership abilities, I am a focused and driven individual who has provided extensive time and design expertise into successful launches of new brands, such as Tucker + Tate for Nordstrom and Activewear for Old Navy.  I have also re-branded and re-positioned other brands such as Zella Girl for Nordstrom & Fabkids.  I attribute this accomplishment by offering great product with a clear point of view to the primary customer. By partnering with each business lead on focusing on the needs and wants of the customer we were able to achieve multiple levels of success.  Also by collaborating with my direct team on how to translate the latest fashion trends into what best supports the needs and most importantly, drive the “wants” for our target client has contributed greatly to many successful collections.
